AI Edge: Checkup

Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of AI Edge: Checkup at checkup.ai-edge.tech. By using Checkup, you agree to these terms.

The service

Checkup is a free self-assessment tool that produces a scorecard based on your responses to 12 statements about your organisation's AI capabilities. It is designed to give you a general indication of where your organisation stands across six capability areas.

What Checkup is not

Checkup outputs are informational only. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Scores, insights, and recommendations are generated from a small number of self-reported responses and should not be treated as a comprehensive assessment of your organisation's AI capabilities or compliance posture.

Tool and opportunity recommendations are general suggestions, not endorsements. We have no commercial relationship with the tools referenced in Checkup results. You are responsible for evaluating whether any tool or action is appropriate for your organisation.

Accuracy and limitations

Checkup relies entirely on your self-reported responses. The quality of the output depends on the accuracy and honesty of your input. Scores reflect one person's perspective at one point in time and may not represent your organisation's full picture.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. If you submit an email address for results delivery, you confirm you are authorised to use that email address.

Intellectual property

AI Edge, the AI Edge logo, and Checkup are trademarks of Falcon Frameworks Pty Ltd. You may share your own Checkup results freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or white-label the Checkup tool, its questions, scoring methodology, or recommendation content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AI Edge and Falcon Frameworks Pty Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Checkup. Checkup is provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Checkup app.
